"A very cozy and romantic hotel with a stunning view of the bay and beautiful panoramic windows. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The room looks exactly like the photos and is very comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel has a unique nautical, vintage-inspired style with lots of charming details that give it a special atmosphere. Everything feels original and full of character rather than like a typical modern hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place."

"Great communication w/our host. Property is off the beaten path, peaceful, quiet. Assigned parking, a short walk on an even walk way to the front gate, however uneven flagstones in front patio area leading up to steps to front door, watch your step! Handrail to the right on the steps to help those with balance issues. Beautifully set up inside; loved the décor, tiling, furniture placement! Kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/dishes/utensils/towels/hot pads, etc. Bring your own storage bowls w/lids to store leftovers in fridge. Lots of equipment options for making morning coffee or tea. Bedrooms beautifully decorated/set up. Bedroom off the kitchen has access to back deck (no closet or wardrobe to put your clothes or bags in tho). Two full baths (master suite & shared hall), walk-in shower in master, step in tub in hall bathroom (no handrails in the bath tub or master shower). Access to the beach via the wooden walkway off the deck is just a quick walk away. Miles of open secluded sandy beaches to explore. Views of the ocean from the back deck & living room area are wonderful! Bring binoculars to watch boats, jumping dolphins & whale spouts! Lots to do/explore right from the unit. Other activities/places to explore are just a short drive away, with plenty of great restaurants, museums, shops, fruit/veggie stands, sight seeing, etc. If you want room to relax, cook your own meals, private beach access, this is the unit you want to reserve when visiting the Monterey Bay Area!"
