"This is such an amazing hotel in the heart of Dunedin City Centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and provided great recommendations for what to explore. The restaurant staff were also very accommodating. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. "

"Despite the website advertising a bar and restaurant there were neither only a breakfast room. The 25NZD parking per night also comes as a surprise ! The hotel is typical 3 star but beginning to look a little tired. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast simple but adequate."

"It was magical. We sat out on the back patio to watch the sheep and the alpacas, playing guitar. The owner of the super friendly. I wish we could have spent more time and conversation. The facility looks brand new, everything being really high-end."

"Loved our 3 night stay here. We had a studio room and was well appointed with everything thing we needed for a comfortable stay. The studio was very clean & uncluttered. It has some basic cooking facilities & a dishwasher. One of the best things about this place is the parking, parking is provided (free) as part of your stay & as this motel is located right in town, you can just park up your car & walk everywhere. The staff were great (daily room servicing is also provided) & we would definitely stay here again. "

"The kitchen was well equiped and parking was good and felt safe. Bed was king sized and comfortable. Television was not able to be switched on in the afternoon though. Didn't turn on until 5 pm."
