The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more."

"The only problem is parking. They do have parking but they are very narrow. There was t enough parking for the amount of rooms but they did however give us a park down the road at the other hotel. "
