"Do not stay here! The pictures are nothing like it is here. It’s like the movie SAW. Also a bunch of men sitting in the dark on the stairs. I did not feel safe staying here. We did receive 2 phone calls and an email asking us to cancel our stay because they were full. We didn’t see the email because our phone service doesn’t work well in foreign countries. "Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didn’t believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead.
A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay. "
