I had booked a room with a double bed, but was instead assigned a room with two single beds, despite a price difference of approximately 300 SEK. This difference was not reimbursed. Furthermore, the room turned out to be adapted for persons with disabilities, which did not correspond to my original booking. The design of the bathroom evoked thoughts of old age and illness, which negatively affected my well-being and made me feel uncomfortable during the stay.

Könnten Sie das bitte mit dem Hotel klären und mir den zu viel bezahlten Betrag zurück erstatten, oder mir eine andere Möglichkeit aufzeigen wie ich an das zuviel bezahlte Geld komme. Hotellihuone oli vanha ja erittäin likainen. Ei vastannut kuvat mainoksessa. Hyvä puoli oli että oli kookas ja pimeä yöllä. Aamupala oli surkein kokemus mitä olen ikinä kokenut. Kahvimukit loppui, lasit loppui, lusikat loppui, kahvi loppui, raejuusto loppui, kulhot loppui. Suolaa löytyi neljännestä sirottimesta. Kovaksi keitetyt kananmunat olivat niin löysät että valkuainen valui.

Billigt og godt.

Da jeg blev afkrævet en betaling på 3.500 kr. for to nætter på det 2-stjernes hotel, hvor jeg overnattede i marts for 1.000 kr. (+ 240 kr. for halvdårlig morgenmad i en trang og meget støjende spisesal) for to nætter, søgte jeg uden for København. Her blev priserne straks mere spiselige, og de 15-20 min., det tog at køre til København med REGIONALTOGET! var på ingen måde et problem.

Værelse var slidt, især vinduen trænger til hjælp. Morgenmad den ene morgen var meget bagefter med at fylde op når der var tomt. Så lagde der glasskår ude foran.

Havde en enkelt overnatning ifm familiebesøg. 2 overnattede og 2 kom ude fra og havde tilkøbt morgenmad. Godtnok billigt men en stor skuffelse. Der var meget mangelfuld opfyldning af dels service, mad og drikke. Vandet til theen var lunkent, den ene smag i smothie var tom, ingen opfyldning af røræg, skinke og kanelsnegle. Der var morgenmad fra kl 7 - 11. Vi var der kl 9:30. Personalet virkede meget opgivende. På trods af ovenstående vil vi bruge hotellet igen, fordi de er bekvemt med overnatning ifm familiebesøg
