We only had a few notes on things like cleanliness and broken furniture (an easy fix if there would have been basic tools available). "Nelson base camp is unique in its layout, lots of history displayed throughout. Host provided comforts for us, including the wood ready for the fire, hot tub with plenty of towels. We rally enjoyed our stay!"

Beautiful location, the back deck with the hot tub right outside the back door was perfect and offered privacy while enjoying the back yard with the fire pit and trees around you. "This place is honestly magical. The property was so large and secluded with a perfect little trail out to the creek. We had such a clear night to enjoy the stars in the hot tub. Since it’s a little oasis, it was quiet enough to be able to hear some owls at night — barred and northern Pygmy owls! "We had a nice stay at this restored cabin. It was extremely close to Mt. Rainier NP, making it a convenient spot to stay for exploring. The cabin was clean and had a lot of nice little details: games for the kids to play, materials to make s'mores, kitchen with all the supplies you'd ever need - and more. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay near Mt. Rainier NP!"
