    Nestled among the trees on 10 beautiful acres, Huckleberry Cabin & Trails is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway, quiet retreat, or relaxing escape into nature.

    Start your morning with coffee on the covered porch, explore winding woodland trails and our whimsical Gnome Trail, or simply enjoy the sights and sounds of the forest. In the evening, sink into the private hot tub tucked among the trees, then relax with a glass of wine beside the warm glow of the year-round fire table.

    Inside, the cozy cabin offers a comfortable queen bedroom, inviting living area with futon, kitchenette, and a fun sleeping loft for kids. Outside, enjoy your private patio, covered porch, and gas BBQ.

    Just a short 2/10-mile walk or drive down the road, our community beach property on Puget Sound offers Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, fire pit, and beautiful water views.

    Although we live next door, the cabin and outdoor spaces are thoughtfully arranged for privacy. We’re nearby if you need anything, but your time here is yours to enjoy.

Such a wonderful spot! The cabin is cozy and has everything that you need. We really loved the new hot tub and had the best morning walk on the gnome trail! The hosts made us feel welcome and gave us the perfect amount of privacy. We will be back again

Relaxing stay in the woods

My wife and stayed in the Huckleberry cabin for the weekend. Pleasant stay quiet and the cabin was clean and well equipped. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Ruth and Scott’s cabin! The cabin itself was cozy and warm, perfect for huddling up together on a chilly winter night, and very thoughtfully stocked with some delicious scones. The hosts also provided some very useful directions on accessing the more out-of-the way park on the island, which provided a perfect short hike with our dogs. The dogs themselves enjoyed all the trails around the property with plenty to sniff, and we were tickled with the gnome trail. We’d love to go back again!

Great time with our dogs!

We really enjoyed our weekend at the cabin. Our dogs did too. The trails on the property were perfect for morning walks. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always responded quickly and were helpful during our stay. They have a nearby community beach where you can clam which was so convenient. Close enough to town to go there for groceries and meals.

Amazing mini getaway

I would recommend this property to anyone! The hosts were amazing and very helpful. There was anything that you could need in the cabin, and the space was clean. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! I can’t wait to book another trip there with my kids!

Relaxing little trip

We had a quiet and rainy stay. The cabin was cozy and warm. We enjoyed searching for gnomes, saying hello to the horses and a little hot tub time during breaks in the rain. The hosts gave us plenty of privacy, but were quick to respond to messages.
