"Beware! Property has long term renters with disgruntled exs that come pounding on doors multiple times a day. I called the police and management and decided it wasn’t a safe spot for me and my child who were there for an event. Management didn’t care about us at all. They have camera everywhere but don’t apparently use them. Walls are thin, could hear neighbors come and go. Was really looking forward to this trip and this experience ruined our whole weekend and Tacoma experience. Stay clear! "

"Do not stay here. Worst experience ever with VRBO. We flew across the country and checked in and the one bathroom was completely locked, kitchen lights did not work, place was freezing and heat barely worked, duvet cover had a stain, etc. We reached out to the host about the bathroom being locked and was told that their pre-check in showed the bathroom door was open??? Which meant absolutely nothing to us since it as we found it was locked when we immediately needed to use it when we got to this...

"My husband and I have stayed in several VRBO rentals. This particular rental was fabulous! Very well appointed, immaculate and comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and then some! A fully equipped kitchen with coffee, shower toiletries and comfy beds. We could hear our upstairs neighbors but it didn’t bother us a bit. But, the hosts have provided earplugs for those who may be more sensitive. We visit Tacoma a couple of times a year and will definitely stay here...
