"The cutest little lodge with wonderful hosts. The place is bigger than expected and would be perfect for families or larger groups. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It was a hidden gem and we woke up to a beautiful sunrise. Great location for those visiting Hobbiton."

"The room was clean and staff helpful. The kitchen had everything required but only wished there was atleast a medium sized pot. Parking was great too as we were able to park right outside our room."
