Needs additional sofa chair (only one 2 seater for 6 guests staying), and dining chairs (only 4), mattresses are very hard (need mattress toppers or different mattresses), unable to close door to bedriin with single beds because base covered the door partly. No potato peeler or oven dishes or roasting dish. No additional towels/sheets and only one heavy duvet as an extra. Clean and well presented otherwise -...

"Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. Location was great if you're attending events at Turangawaewae marae or Hopuhopu but it's not worth 310 a night that I paid. Won't be doing that again, particularly with the...
