"Only about 25 minutes from Hobbiton, which made it a great place to crash after the evening banquet tour. We arrived rather late and it was quite dark. When we woke up in the morning and saw the view we were blown away. Gorgeous spot with comfy beds. "

We had a miscommunication in reserving their private pool, and despite it still being available, would not allow us to reserve it without paying the fee again (thus double paying). Just not the kind of hospitality we were expecting. "

"We lovedddd this Vrbo! It is exactly what we wanted. It was quiet, clean, comfortable. Each room had a fan, which was so nice cause we all liked it cool. We definitely want to stay again in the future but you’ll definitely want a rental car & not rely on uber (hard to get a car out there)"

"The room worked well for me and was quite spacious. It had all the kitchen tools I needed and was located in a quite area. The only drawback was the WiFi access was lacking some evenings and the front desk was not particularly helpful. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay."
