"The room I stayed in was right next to the elevator. I did request several times to be moved due to the noise made by the elevators going up and down. My requests fell on deaf ears."

"We had a fantastic two-night stay. We've dined at Port Phillip but never stayed, and were really happy with the accommodation, service and amenities. It was luxurious and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary wine-tasting. Will stay again!"

"Bed was way too soft in the middle causing uncomfortable night. The walls had patch repairs looked very rough. Shower pressure was very low. Half a roll of toilet paper only supplied. Heating didn’t work. Parking was not very well marked out. Did not say anywhere that the hotel is situated right beside a local aerodrome and would be planes coming in and out from 7am in the morning. Feels like it could really do with a good spruce up to a better level of quality"

We needed to get out of our house for a week of renovations. This serviced apartment was conveniently located near by. It's a brand new building, in fact we were the first to use the apartment we stayed in which included high quality finishes and great facilities (pool/gym/spa/sauna) and secure underground parking. The one bedroom apartment also has a study size room with a single bed which they don't openly advertise but worked out perfect for our young son to sleep there. The attached cafe...

Staff were fantastic, polite and very friendly and helpful. The room was up to date and clean. Food was good. The only fault I found was the toilet seat was not as comfortable as other places I’ve stayed at.

A lovely little getaway in a central, convenient location. We loved that it was a separate unit, so there was no issue with "neighbour" noises.
Our only suggestion for a minor improvement would be to have some kind of shelving in the bathroom - there was absolutely nowhere to put anything, and we had to bring a chair into the bathroom just to put our toiletries on. Also, there was no shower curtain, so we soaked the whole bathroom when we showered. I understand that the unit we had was set...

Loved the place although I would prefer latex pillows above feather.
Staff were incredible, so willing to appease us in both reception, dinner and breakfast. Very grateful for their flexibility, Michelle and Darren
