"Stayed for an event and the hotel was perfect location and great views"

"The staff were most understanding when I decided to cut my trip short and return home. They were also most understanding and accomdating to my request of my room with the view of the River Valley. I enjoyed the revolving restaurant at the top where the scenery was amazing. As for the rooms as well as the hallway, I felt the decor could be a little bright and dated, though the bed was comfortable for me. Wi-Fi was spotty at times, fridge could freeze your drinks and food if left too long in there. I would have like to have a microwave in there. Nevertheless, the room, the view and the staff service were exceptional and I will come here again."

"My elderly parents and I have stayed here the past couple years when visiting family and really enjoy it. Staff first and foremost are welcoming, attentive and kind. The property and amenities are spotless and convenient. We like the plentiful breakfast and use the fitness center every morning. The location is safe and also convenient to the places we want to visit in Edmonton. We will always choose this hotel and highly recommend it to those who are visiting West Edmonton."
