One checks in at a TV-screen console; typing out the required information was a little confusing after my 13-hour flight and train ride from Haneda to the hotel, but I was able to finish and get my room key (I would much prefer to speak to a real human being). I didn't eat at the hotel's cozy-looking restaurant, so I cannot comment on the food or staff. The hotel is conveniently located--just 50 meters from Takadanobaba Station--and there are plenty of restaurants and combini nearby. There is a laundry / dryer combination on the 4th floor (600 yen per load; 120 minutes). The room was fine. Thank you!"
