"Ideal location for attending Real Madrid match. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Elevators are a tad slow but everything else during the stay was great."

"Situated on the edge of the main drag but easy walking distance from the top locations, 15 mins walk from the palace , 30 mins from Plaza Major. Our room opened onto a terrace which was cute. The shower was amazing, the bed massive and very comfortable"

"Overall, it offers good value for money. However, there is a lack of privacy, as the sleeping areas are quite open and noise from other beds, including snoring, can be very disruptive. The beds are currently separated only by wooden screens, and better partitioning would significantly improve guests’ comfort and privacy."
