We appreciated that our accommodation was a whole apartment that included a kitchen, laundry machine. The staff and service was excellent. Some aspects for improvement could include the noise level (room was by the elevator), and the sink in both washrooms do not drain well.

The room was nicely decorated And the bed was quite comfortable. And very clean. That said the elevator was out of service through our whole stay. Cleaners lockers and shoes were scattered in the guest hallway and the sofa had a large stain that could easily be cleaned. Reception was very friendly and accommodating especially the evening guy at the desk. Generally happy with our stay.

Our group of 4 had an excellent stay at the Mercer. The room was very clean and modern. Parking was easy and convenient, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we had access to all amenities. Public transit was less than a block away. The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was great, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. My only comment was, in the bedroom there was a ventilation noise throughout our stay. It was alittle hard at first but once u get used to the humming, it’s ok.
