We only stayed for one night for a very reasonable rate. As such, we were satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and check in was easy (note that a damage deposit is required). We did not park at the hotel, although there is limited paid parking available. Breakfast was included, consisting of pancakes, cereal, croissants etc.

Hotel is okay for the price. Staff are great. Room service was attentive. Hotel asks for a $250 hold on a credit card and charges about $30 a night for on-site parking, so prepare for that. The hold is way too high for a hotel that isn’t luxurious at all. The parking lot around the block off Saint-Hubert is a better deal for multi-day stays. Bathroom was a little awkward and had no fan. Entrance way is dark and lacks sufficient lighting. TVs are outdated. No fridge. Pillows are a bit uncomfortable.

Staff was great, room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was good one note if any would be I wish there was better lighting and the turn dial of the shower seemed to be backwards when you would turn it hot it would be cold and when you turn it to cold, it would be hot but not a problem once you figure that out. Overall very good stay and would stay again.

Well, is my second time and this time wasn’t good, the room that they gave me the heater wasn’t warm enough I ask the front desk and they said that they can’t move the temperature , I asked for a extra blanket and they said that they don’t have extra the room was really cold. they send a guy to check the controls of the heating, but it doesn't fix anything. Hope next time they can do some solution, is a nice hotel and great location but they need to afford little more.
