The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and very professional. The rooms were clean. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids. The only problems were no towels by the pool area or the gym and they were not enough towels in the room.

Everything was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful particularly the gentleman that checked us in, and the lady that checked us out. Rooms were fantastic as well. The only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the sauna wasn’t working while we were there, but that was a minor detail. Everything else was top notch.

It was a good central location, easy access to public transit. The location felt safe and well-kept. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were pleasant and a nice temperature and shallow depth for my kids, 5 and 7 years old. The front desk was helpful and promptly delivered anything we needed. The restaurant was good too, reasonable price and a good variety of options for the family.

We stayed for the weekend that time international jazz festival was going on we are so lucky our hotel was so close to everything restaurants, shopping malls just 5 to 10 mins walk from our hotel. Best location to stay in this hotel.

Only stayed a night as this hotel was quite sold out for the weekend I was there, but the one night I stayed there was excellent. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I arrive super early from a long red eye flight and wasn’t expecting a room so early at all, but the staff went above and beyond and got me a room so I can rest up before I get some energy back to go explore Montreal. So I’m super grateful for the hospitality. room was exceptional and clean, and very quiet.
