We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel was! Amazing amenities like the pool and sauna, and there was also a spa. The dining was fantastic and the atmosphere was great overall lovely time.

Staff was really courteous. There was an issue with the reservation. I had reserved a king size bed room and they had it as 2 queen beds. The staff at front desk was nice but had to wait for manager to address this. Once in our room we noticed that there was a problem with the room’s isolation (draft in wall near window) and since it was really cold outside (-15 C) we had to increase the room heating to compensate. Overall it was an OK experience. I would still come back despite these small things.

Hotel was clean and wonderful. The gym amd pool were also well maintained. The only downside was the noise. The first jight, we were in a room facing the highway. It was so noisy that we couldnt sleep at all. We asked to be changed for a different room for the second night amd the staff was wonderful and accommodating. We got another room much quieter and had a good night sleep. I would come back again if we can get a quiet room.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Large spacious and very clean room. Location is very convenient to the shopping center and restaurants. Lots of parking and free parking is a bonus. Kids loved the pool too.
