Large, sparsely furnished apartment with comfortable beds, grimy plates and mugs, washer and dryer in the bathroom, nice big bathtub, balcony and a fire escape and good view of the street below. Painted an ugly beige. Could be improved by a few colorful pillows and better art. Stairwell dirty. But solid, nice old building. Was a snafu with them not sending the door code until asked a second time, but then they sent it. Best deal for staying in the neighborhood we wanted to stay in.

The location was good - buses close by as well as restos/ grocery stores - but far from the metro. Space was large and beds comfortable. But the place needed some love. Very dirty couch, blood stained sheets, dryer and one AC unit didn’t work. Not great especially for the price. Was not notified the dryer and AC unit wasn’t working - so we did a wash and couldn’t dry clothes.

This is an apartment in a standard old 3 story Montreal building. Very representative of typical downtown Montreal living. But beware - these places have little or no soundproofing. You will hear every footstep of the people above you, and the voices next door. This was OK for much of our stay but we were unlucky the first night, when people upstairs, including children, were walking and running almost continually until 1am, preventing sleep. But the other nights were not so bad. There is a lot of space, a good kitchen, and a bus stop to central Montreal right outside. And it is in an area with many nice cafes, restaurants, and tiny unique shops.

This place has a very nice set up and is super comfortable. Big Kitchen, Big Living Area, Big Washroom, and Large Rooms. It was very nice to have a Washer and Dryer also. The first two nights were a bit noisy because the doors are large wooden doors that close loudly. So I emailed the management suggesting some small felt pads to stopnthe doors from slapping the door frame. They must have fixed the doors the very next day, because the remaining 2 weeks I was there, I did’t hear any doors at all. Thank you for accommodating that, I really appreciated management taking the feedback and improving their building so very quickly. Very good place to stay, and perfect lication in Mile end. Suoer close to all the best Bagel Shops, Pizza Restaurants, and of course, super delicious Coffee (Olympico is 2 Blocks Away!)

Overall, this place was quite good for the price. The only downside was that there were a lot of ants in the kitchen and around the trash can, so I had to be very careful even when throwing away something as simple as a banana peel. Other than that, everything else was quite satisfactory.

The place was good, but there were two big issues. The bedsheets weren't clean, and I found some hair on them. Plus, the tub drain was clogged with a bunch of hair, so we couldn't shower.

Great neighborhood stay

Great neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants and interesting people the beds were comfortable and the ac was cool our apartment was on the third floor so there were stairs but after all the food and drinks we needed the work out also highly recommend the Mexican restaurant right next door

Very disappointing the pictures of this property were made to look bettet with AI it was very dirty the bathroom smelled Like mold. I had to buy a new shower curtain because it wouldn’t reach half way across rhe shower. No wonder it was moldy I had to wear my shoes at all times because my socks would turn bright yellow from the dirty floors. The bedding had stains on it from bed bugs! I tried to send the host a message and the message I received back said the chat was expired.

Pas de stationnement, pas de moyen de rejoindre l’hébergement, j’ai écrit plusieurs messages sans réponse. Un courriel m’a été transmis 5 heures avant 16h avec les instructions. Messages automatiques seulement. J’ai appelé au téléphone à plusieurs reprises et aucune réponse… Finalement, l’appartement était très bien mais beaucoup de stress inutile.
