The room temperature was set too hot. There was no way to control the heating or cooling. I have never had to wake up in the middle of the night at a hotel stay because the room was too hot. Even after complaining to staff in the middle of the night they weren’t able to fix it or offer any help other than provide 2 small fans. Quite disappointed with my stay.

The area is in the perfect location to sightsee or take the Metro to go anywhere. The room was clean with a great view of the streets. The pool and hot tub were a great option to have during the rainy nights my husband and I spent at the hotel. There is plenty of food and shopping nearby. Overall, I would absolutely come back.
