"Upon arrival, we were greeted with the news of a room upgrade from umi to sake suite which was great news. After having difficulty with the TV in our original room we were kindly moved to another without fuss. The staff were great and very accommodating whenever we had questions. The breakfast was great and so was the spa overall a great stay would definitely recommend"

"Second time staying at this hotel and have enjoyed it! The rooms are nice, comfortable and have nice toiletry and coffee items. The staff as last time were phenomenal. Specifically Meri’s customer service, and great attitude made our trip that much better. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Barcelona!! Also it is close to public transportation and shopping. "

"Good room. Nice to have the terrace. Spotless and tidy. Great position for access to the Ramblass. Easy to get to on the metro from the airport. Friendly staff and very helpful. Went out for breakfast every day so can’t comment on the breakfast, but it was busy every morning when we left so that’s a good sign. Very happy with the hotel. Will definitely book again and will recommend to friends too. Thank you for enhancing our time in Barcelona. Gracias. 🙏"
