"Room wasn’t ready at time of check-in but offered another room at €50 per night extra which incl Club M lounge access- kinda good, nice staff in lounge area, it was more pleasant for breakfast compared to buffet on level 2 but we had paid for breakfast with our original sea view room, so not a saving. Manager was very nice & decorated our bed plus Prosecco & cake for our anniversary, so that was extremely nice. Large hotel but staff made you feel special. Wigi’s restaurant close by is a must too"

It’s just a stroll to the ferry to Valletta and we were always able to find a parking space right outside on the days we were out exploring the island. "Fantastic hotel, definitely worth the money for the service you get from the staff. Each morning at breakfast, the Manager, or a staff member assist you on ideas to do that day! Our room was upgraded to a room with 2 bathrooms & the bedroom upstairs (may not be good for people with mobility issues) TV had a good amount of English shows. Situated in the heart of Valletta. Bottle of wine was a nice touch - oh also rooftop terrace was great, especially if there’s a concert next door to eavesdrop on"

"Nice quirky boutique hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Room was spacious and comfy. Had a leaking shower and didn't get clean towels some days (despite having to use them to clean up the water that leaked). Spa facilities were good but the staff were a little disorganised but all got resolved in the end. Pool area was simple but nice. Shout out to Jeffrey who helped us with a smashed bottle one night and could not have been more accommodating. We enjoyed our time here."
