Every member of staff were exceptional in their customer service, offering insider tips on where to go and see. The room was spotless and the continental style breakfast set us up for the days of sightseeing. "

"We had a very nice stay at the Melior. To help prevent confusion for others, you enter the Starbucks and just before the counter, there is a small desk and elevator. That is how you access the hotel. They send you a code for all the doors and elevator prior to arrival. The staff was very courteous and breakfast is provided daily by ordering online… all Starbucks items. They deliver to your room or you can have your breakfast is the Starbucks. The location is great with a short walk to the bus station and everything in Valletta easily accessible. We had no issues with noise even as the Carnival was occurring during our stay. The only downside is that I felt it could be cleaner, but I am very picky about cleanliness, so maybe it is just me. Otherwise great stay. "
