"Very charming 21 room boutique hotel in an historical building. The location just inside the City Gate was easy walking distance to all the sites. The room and amenities were up to date, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Maria who not only called a taxi but walked us and our luggage in the rain to the meeting spot outside the pedestrian area. "I have been blown away by how good this property is. We arrived here under trying circumstances due to illness for one of our group and the reception staff have been bending over backwards to help us. The hotel itself is just magnificent. Our room is spacious, quiet, and very well appointed, and we have a wonderful view of the harbour to sooth our souls. Housekeeping staff are discreet and efficient and all have smiles for you. Food and drink service staff and the concierge team are also exemplary. We would really like to give a big shout out to Sefora in reception, Alfonso on the door, and Leserlie and David in the lounge. They, in particular, have made our stay truly wonderful."
