Top Monterey State Historic Park Hotel Reviews
Colton Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, off street parking, walkable to downtown, the continental breakfast had lots of choices with quality food and the the staff was friendly and efficient. No AC in the rooms so if it's hot out you will be hot. The refrigerator in our room made odd clicking noises that made it hard to sleep. When I turned on the shower rust colored water came out first."
"The beds are incredible! The hotel is beautiful. So many places to relax in and around the property. You can enjoy the lobby area with a fireplace and a piano player every night. The whole property is beautiful and Schooner’s restaurant on site is amazing. As guest at the hotel, you can rent free brakes right across the street. They have a driving service to take you to restaurants or other locations so you don’t have to drive your car every time. One of my favorite places to stay in Monterey. "
"We have returned to this hotel several times. Centrally located so it’s a quick walk to Cannery Row and the pier. Room is spacious, clean, good water pressure. Check in was super quick and friendly. Great little fridge in the room, fireplaces are a nice touch. Easy parking. No carpet which I LOVE! Room was quiet.
I also left my iPad and they found it and quickly sent it back so I appreciate that! "
