I would rate this a value place to stay. I felt the price was reasonable for the location. In fact, I loved the area. The grounds were a little un-kept, and the room was acceptably clean. There were several small problems with the wallpaper, calking in the bathroom, old carpet, old stains on the cloth covered chairs, etc. But, again for the price and location I felt this place was acceptable for my purpose. In spite of the little imperfections, I didn't feel any "yuck" factor. Again, acceptably clean. I would very much recommend this place. Walking distance to the beach, and the downtown eateries and taverns was very enjoyable for me. I would go back.......

Staff was very courteous. 1 we did have a small problem with the fireplace going out and didn't report it because it was late in the evening. Would like to have had an extra towel or two there were only a total of two in the room. Other than that everything was great!
