Property was very busy. I felt safe but you had to take your own trash out and get your own clean towels. Housekeeping never came to change anything in 5 days. It was very clean when I arrived and breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Property was run down. Misdecieving pictures of the site looks like it is on the beach -it is not! The beach is a little ways away. Our room was 103. The bathroom was awful? Water stain on the wall above the shower stall. Mold all along the shower stall right above where the tub meets The whole bathroom needs to be remodeled

I arrived and there were no towels in the room from the start. As the night went on there was a few altercations going on with the neighbors around me that wouldn’t let me sleep. There was also a very strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana.

Pictures from expedia are not even close to the property. Pretty bad. It was cheap for the area, so I guess it was my fault, anyways. I won’t stay there again

It was a pretty decent stay ! I loved that it was so close to the beach although it wasn't the most cleanest, the floor was dirty, the shower curtain rod was broken, and not only that but came in and had to request for towels ! But other than those few things, the stay was great and would definitely stay again due to the easy beach access :)

The staff was amazing and helpful. The hotel was extremely rundown. We had to switch rooms because the window wouldn’t close, the second room didn’t have hot water, they didn’t give you towels, and the couch in the room was broken and super stained.

Terrible place to stay, everything is derelict. Stayed 6 nights, the room has never seen houskeeping ! Included breakfast is to avoid if you have a nose and a stomach. Very noisy (highway and neighbours) Absent staff Outrageous pricing of the rooms during car week (x9) for a sub par 80$ room No respect for customers

This property is very sub-par. Not worth the amount of money for one night. The bed frame made a lot of noise and the toilet whistled for about 3 minutes after each flush. We only had 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel in the room. The room is very tiny and the shower was more of a sprinkle. Won't stay here again. The only nice thing was the sand dunes and the closeness to the beach.

Should’ve Stayed Someplace Else

Clean enough, but nowhere near a beach. Terrible bed - way too hard. Bathroom amenities lacking; only one bath towel, no hand towel, no shampoo, and the worst soap ever. Hard to believe this hotel has an affiliation with the Radisson!

This place is not for the weak, the bathroom was very dirty. Dust pile up on the baseboards in the restroom dirty walls in the restroom. Only 1 towel for showering. We got connecting rooms which was nice for traveling with family. The microwave in one of the rooms did not work, there was a draft in one of the rooms from the door. Location is good, the gentleman who checked us in was great and quick.
