Arriving at this villa was breathtaking. The immaculate gardens and beautiful structure gave a Tuscan villa feel while still being close enough by bus to the city centre. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 kids which was larger than expected and very comfortable, especially the bed. Was a lovely place to sleep for the night. The drive up was an eye opener but once we were there, we felt like we went back in time. Unfortunately it was raining all day so we couldn't walk the gardens or the pool but they looked amazing. The only dinner option was their restaurant which was a bit expensive but otherwise a great experience.

There is no warning about the terribly state of the roads or that you have to take all foodstuffs with you as there is absolutely nothing for miles.

Parking was in a secure garage and easy but you have to see reception first. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. I did see one receptionist get abused by a guest (not sure why) but if she had that big a problem she should have asked for the manager and not abused the receptionist. Meals and bar were easy restaurant was amazing. We only stayed one night but would love to have stayed 2. If you dont want a big restaurant meal you can just have a pizza or something light at the bar which...

This hotel is wonderful in a beautiful treed area leading up to Piazza d' Michelangelo. Mini bar is free and Happy hour (s) occurs each night in the garden with free wine and beer and plentiful finger food. Breakfast is the best we have had in Europe!

Set in absolutely beautiful tranquil surroundings in the suburbs on Florence, Villa Olmi was a delightful place to spend our stay and I would highly recommend. The room was elegant, well furnished, quiet and relaxing. Tripping into the central city on the courtesy bus was a breeze and if you miss the last scheduled trip back a taxi trip back will not break the bank. The buffet breakfast is outstanding and all the hotel staff were extremely professional, helpful and diligent.

This was an amazing hotel to stay at. The hotel also runs a complimentary shuttle into town for guests which is great.

Amazing experience staying here! The villa is stunning you feel like you’re living as royalty. The gardens are beautiful despite the extreme heat of Italy. Don’t miss a sunset in the gardens. We had dinner twice, both nights had lovely food and service. The Buffett breakfast is definitely worth adding to your stay. The shuttle that takes you into town is such a good idea. The reception staff were so lovely and friendly - I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was super helpful. Was so nice to use the plunge pool after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location and they had a fantastic buffet breakfast (including a great selection of gluten free). Highly recommend
