Arriving at this villa was breathtaking. The immaculate gardens and beautiful structure gave a Tuscan villa feel while still being close enough by bus to the city centre. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 kids which was larger than expected and very comfortable, especially the bed. It had a big balcony where we could see the gardens and sunset which created a great memory. The only issue was that we couldn't easily keep the doors open to each room to allow the kids in and out as they...

This hotel is wonderful in a beautiful treed area leading up to Piazza d' Michelangelo. Mini bar is free and Happy hour (s) occurs each night in the garden with free wine and beer and plentiful finger food. Breakfast is the best we have had in Europe!

Amazing experience staying here! The villa is stunning you feel like you’re living as royalty. The gardens are beautiful despite the extreme heat of Italy. Don’t miss a sunset in the gardens. We had dinner twice, both nights had lovely food and service. The Buffett breakfast is definitely worth adding to your stay. The shuttle that takes you into town is such a good idea. Even though we had a car we didn’t have to worry about trying to park near the city to explore. Lovely Villa, thank...

Set in absolutely beautiful tranquil surroundings in the suburbs on Florence, Villa Olmi was a delightful place to spend our stay and I would highly recommend. The room was elegant, well furnished, quiet and relaxing. Tripping into the central city on the courtesy bus was a breeze and if you miss the last scheduled trip back a taxi trip back will not break the bank. The buffet breakfast is outstanding and all the hotel staff were extremely professional, helpful and diligent.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Great staff . Great wine. Very homely place to stay

This was an amazing hotel to stay at. The hotel also runs a complimentary shuttle into town for guests which is great.

Staff are friendly, location close to train station and central.

Staff were all amazing. The most lovely place to stay! Highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay. A little walk out of the main city area but not to far. Breakfast were very good. Staff very friendly and obĺiging and nothing was too much trouɓle. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and staff

We had an amazing room overlooking the Piazza. There was some noise from the activities going on till midnight which might bother young families but as a family of four with slightly older kids we loved everything about it. It had such a great atmosphere, staff were friendly and breakfast each day was great. I definitely stay again if we're ever back in Florence.

The reception staff were so lovely and friendly - I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was super helpful. Was so nice to use the plunge pool after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location and they had a fantastic buffet breakfast (including a great selection of gluten free). Highly recommend

Great spot, easy parking

It was a good hotel You have a guitar amp in your room

Great hotel in fantastic location. Driving in and out is a nightmare. The parking arrangement let’s it down. You have to pay them separately and their payment machine was not working so you then have to go to their office. The hotel didn’t want to know, it would be a better arrangement for their clients if the hotel took the charge and passed it on to the parking garage so that customers are not inconvenienced.

We stayed for a week in July 2026. The hotel was recently refurbished so everything is new. It was the middle of a heat wave and the aircon was fantastic, almost too cold (but the staff can adjust further if needed). The family room was spacious for the three of us. The usual amenities are available - but they provided a steamer rather than ironing board and iron (I have not asked if this was available). Has USB A and USB C charging ports in the room. It has lift access so no lugging suitcases...
