"Gorgeous place, amazing views. They overbooked dinner and we had a wait of 2 hours for our food to come out. Pool was amazing and there was two to choose from, one looked quieter. Main part of the building is 15th century, which was beautiful. Easy to find with google maps NOT Apple Maps. Plenty of parking."

"Fantastische Unterkunft in einem alten Landgut, das über Jahrhunderte im Familienbesitz ist und liebevoll in alter originaler Ausstattung (mit modernen Anteilen) incl Bibliothek gepflegt wird. Das weitläufige Anwesen wird teilweise weiter von der Familie genutzt, die auch die Vermietung übernimmt. Guido und seine Ehefrau sind unglaublich herzliche und liebevolle Menschen, mit denen man sich den weitläufigen Hof und Garten teilt, interessante Gespräche führen kann und die jederzeit für Informationen zur Geschichte des Hauses, der Region oder für aktuelle gesellschaftliche Themen zur Verfügung stehen. Daneben gibt es unzählige Ecken und Bereiche, in die man sich zurückziehen kann, um unter einem Olivenbaum die Atmosphäre zu genießen. Der Pool bietet jederzeit Abkühlung und - wie auch die Terrasse in der Mitte das Anwesens - einen wunderschönen Ausblick in die umgebende Appenin-Landschaft. Incl Sonnenuntergang!!!"

"Merci à Renate pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans un havre de paix, le logement correspondant parfaitement aux photos présentées sur le site. Les derniers 500M pour y arriver semblent impressionnants, mais accessible à tout véhicule classique. Très pratique: Une gare pour rejoindre Florence en train, avec parking gratuit, située à quelques KM"

"This place was absolutely amazing! We had the most peaceful time here and I would be lucky to return. The staff were so kind, the food was delicious and fresh, and the property was beyond beautiful. We loved the wine tour and learning about how all of the food is harvested on site. Feels like we found a piece of paradise, thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time. It was a very cute villa and had an above ground pool with an amazing view. The family does stay next door in their house, but we did not have any disruptions. They were quick to reply and help up check in and out. They left us snacks and wine, and were very hospitable! Would definitely recommend this stay."

A Panoramic Tuscan Luxury - Villa Maria in Fronzano

"The villa and property was spectacular and immaculate. We were warmly greeted by our host upon arrival and given a comprehensive introduction of the property and necessary information. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the bedding was very comfortable. All of the bathrooms had new fixtures , hand painted walls and it felt like a personal spa on each floor. The pool was immaculately maintained by our host. Every need was anticipated-from pool floats to a pool house with a fridge and separate bathroom / shower. The flowering plants and trees around the villa were absolutely beautiful and fragrant. We felt pampered as if we were at a five star resort. Our hosts olive oil was delicious and we would highly recommend hiring the personal chef ( Donato) to cook a meal or two. The meals we had were exceptional. Our host was friendly , responsive , attentive and respectful of our time and privacy. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Maria and hope to return with my family in the future."
