There wasn't a lot of options for breakfast, but I understand it isn't a chain and doesn't have a large amount of guests or staff. There was a good variety, just not great. Loved the fresh fruit options. The fan in the bathroom in our room was VERY loud, but the beds were comfortable, the shower refreshing and things were clean. Would stay again.

Excellent!

Everything about the property was excellent - the hotel manager cares about her guests and the property and it shows! The hot tub was amazing after a long hiking day and the morning coffee was perfect! Stay here if you can!

My husband and I were traveling through Colorado for a fall foliage road trip when we stayed at Browns Canyon Inn in Salida. The hotel gives a qaint vibe with lots of antiques and character inside and outside. The hot tub area is beautiful. Breakfast was included. There is a restaurant next store,but I would recommend going downtown Salida. Kathy was the host and she was awesome. She is personable, professional and a real joy to be around. She really makes this hotel feel at home.
