" Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, particularly regarding the check-in experience and room service. The check-in process was quite disorganized, with long waiting times and a lack of clear direction from staff. After a long journey, this made the arrival unnecessarily stressful and far from welcoming. Additionally, while not a major concern, the room did not include a fridge, which would have been a helpful convenience. More importantly, I was surprised to find that even basic items such as blankets were not readily available in the room and had to be requested separately. This was inconvenient and not in line with the level of comfort I expected. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve these aspects of your service for future guests. "I’ve stayed at Mandalay Bay several times over the years, and unfortunately the experience has changed significantly — and not for the better. What used to feel like a premium resort with great included amenities now feels like everything comes with an extra charge. Basic items like in-room coffee are no longer complimentary, which is disappointing for a hotel at this price point. The Shark Reef exhibit, which used to be included or reasonably priced, is now around $45 per person. Even the pool experience has changed dramatically — umbrellas and comfortable seating are no longer readily available unless you’re willing to spend a minimum of $250 for a daybed or reserved area just to sit in the Las Vegas heat. Overall, it feels like the hotel is nickel-and-diming guests for things that were once standard. While the property itself is still nice, the added fees take away from the overall value and experience."

"Hard time with the self parking as it didn't give me a ticket so I had to call and ended with a line behind me. Room smelled. Not many waitresses in the casino. Friendly staff!!"
