"The rooms especially the bathroom was extremely small making it very difficult for a family of three to move around. I was asked by the staff to make my own bed and when I called for extra towels (there were only 2 towels for a family of 3), I was asked to come to the reception to get it. The place stank of cigarettes in the lift and corridors. The staff was helpful overall and the breakfast was decent. "

"The aesthetic was extremely dark throughout the property, including the room. It was very hard to see. The room was also extremely small, could barely fit 2 suitcases in a double room. The breakfast area was so small folks often had to wait 20+ minutes to get seated as there was not enough space for the size of hotel- with minimal food options to boot. The best thing was the location as the hotel is close to the metro, dontobori as well as shinshabasi. "

"Location is extremely convenient. Easy walk to Domtonbori and malls. Lots of restaurants nearby. Train station is right downstairs. Rooms were clean and modern. My only con was they had no vending machines and nowhere you can buy snacks or drinks. You had to walk around the corner to a convenience store. Other than that I recommend it if u plan on going to dontonbori. I think their check in and check out process could be better as well."
