after interrupting Aubree on her phone,Aubree at the front desk was LESS than helpful. I requested a handicap accessible room with extra blankets( which we sid NOT get). I had to ask Aubree which direction our room was and which entrance to use with a wheelchair. her directions were still vague and I had to find out myself being exhausted from Travelling. Lisa in the morning was awesome. Breakfast was just so-so. im used to having at least a waffle maker. A microwave in the room would have been nice. also a handicap height toilet and grab bars by the toilet would have been helpful for "handicap accessible rooms"

Next to a travel center, so not the location for everyone. The bath fixtures were stained from minerals in the water. Having the same issue in our home, not a huge deal. Might be for others

Our reservation that we paid for two weeks in advance was canceled and we were given a smaller room that had a non working toilet when we arrived. Also the key cards for our room quit working on the second use When we first got there and had to be redone 6 times in our two day visit and the hallway stunk like stale cigarettes and b.o. Won’t ever stay there again

Waited 1/2 hour to check in standing at the desk. I booked my reservation through Expedia at the last minute and it was paid prior to my checking in. When I checked out the next day, I noticed an extra charge to my account. I inquired about it and all she said was "it was reversed". Ten days later and it still hasn't been credited back to my account. Other than the rate and the slow check-in, the room was nice and comfortable.

The clerk working (Lisa Mohrick) stole $60 worth of product from me on Sunday March 10 at 10:30 AM. I will no longer stay at the Day Inn or recommend to anyone else. If I can't trust the staff I will not return.

The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. However, beyond that, there wasn’t much good to say about our 2 night stay. Only had 1 regular and 1 decaf coffee pod, so even though neither of us liked decaf, that’s what we drank. I left a note for housekeeping to please leave us 2 regular coffee pods for the next morning. We were gone from 9am to about 11:30pm and when we came back, not only were there not 2 regular coffee pods, there were none. Then we saw that the bed had not been made and clearly, housekeeping had not been in at all that day. It wasn’t until this morning that I noticed the small sign high up on the mirror (so high & small that it wasn’t noticed until we were leaving this morning), that said you only get housekeeping for stays of 3 nights or more without specifically requesting it! The sign should be more prominently placed so it can be easily seen. I have no problem with having daily housekeeping being something that has to be specifically requested, but don’t put that notice somewhere that’s it’s not easily seen. The bathtub (fiberglass) was so loud and creaky while showering that I thought it might fall through the floor. And the bathroom floor was soooo cold that I’m sure there’s no insulation in the crawlspace (we were on the first floor). All in all, not someplace I’d recommend to friends or family.

Friendly staff up front and a homely entrance. The rooms are as expected, nothing fancy but plenty of comfort. Fridge, television, a/c, bathroom and shower. If you’re a simple guy like me, that’s all you need. Enjoy!

Pros: nice staff, decent breakfast, convenient location Cons: paper thin walls - the other Days Inn is right next to the train tracks and you could hear it all night so I figured this would have to be better. No. The first night an extremely drunk girl was brought to her room across mine by 2 random guys which I could hear all of. The next night I could hear a mom argue with her baby daddy about child support, yell at her kid, and one of them cough all hours of the night. The halls smell of smoke and the whole thing feels like it needs to be renovated.
