"The building is very well located, with many restaurants nearby and close to metro and bus stops. There is a grocery store a few block away which is a plus. The apartment was clean, spacious. We were lucky to get a 2 bedroom unit, with a well equipped kitchen. We had issues with the temperature of the fridge but nothing major. We used the laundry facilities and it was also very clean and units easy to operate. The units used coins only but you can get them from a storage place in the building....

"We had a good experience at Cais Urban Lodge. Although we had a small issue with our room, the staff was quick to respond and had things fixed up as quickly as they could. They were very accommodating. Location is good. Close to the train for access where needed. Walkable to most good sights to see. Check out the Market for easy food choices and AGORA Restaurant and Brunch for a nice sit down brunch option. If you’re willing to walk a few minutes, Chapitô à Mesa in Alfama was pretty amazing. Be sure to ask for Panorâmico for the full experience."
