This was an absolutely beautiful and well kept property. So chic and stylish yet warm and inviting. The location was perfect for walking to main areas of interest and restaurants and shops. There is no front desk but management was reachable and communicated efficiently by text. Stayed here twice during my trip and would book again.

Although we were only in Lisbon for 2 nights, it was the perfect stop for us. Two beautiful bedrooms and 2 full baths with a comfortable living room and kitchen. The communication with the property managers was flawless, very responsive. Loved the area and loved Lisbon. Highly recommend for your next trip!

Thank you to the team for their support and dedication. We felt welcome and in good hands. Spacious room we felt so much more comfortable than a regular hotel. The decor and the physical space is truly unique. Tall stone arches, well equipped kitchen and a pantry filled with Portuguese china and cooking equipment for anyone who wants to eat in. The Flores street has several really good restaurants, we ate at three of them and we were very happy with the 2 coffee/breakfast shops. We would definitely recommend to stay here!!!

We stayed early September and it was the trip of our lives! We arrived and were speechless at how beautiful the apartment was, the table being laid was such a lovely touch. In the perfect location, right by the train station to travel to beaches such cascais. The communication was perfect for things such as sorting luggage storage- the team were so happy to help. This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Lisbon & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The Residentas staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit pre and post the trip, execllent directions. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at various hotels in Europe, but this place was very special and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

This property is cozy and very clean. The owner surprised us with little breakfast table setup. The only thing that didn't like that the room didn't have a window to get a fresh air and I don't feel safe to keep the door open.
