A nice stay in a clean and well maintained apartment. The location is amenable to walking to major squares, many restaurants and shops, the train station, and St George’s Castle. Though it is adjacent to Pink Street, the apartment was very quiet with two sets of double pane doors to the balcony.

The studio duplex was fantastic and comfortable. Well appointed. Checking in was a bit confusing but once figured out all went smoothly 👍 The lodge provided ear plugs and the outdoor noise was a bit loud so they came in handy. The breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was unbelievable and plentiful

We had a very nice stay at CAIS Urban Lodge. We appreciated the warm greeting and orientation from Deolinda. Our fifth floor room was quiet and well-appointed. Aside from morning coffee, we didn't make use of the kitchen, but it appeared very usable. Excellent location, and just a few minutes walk from the Baixa-Chaido metro station. We would definitely stay here again.

Great WhatsApp communication throughout the entire stay. Parking in the secure garage across the street is a bonus. Rooms are big and well air conditioned. Great location to everything. Since location is right next to Pink Street, it gets quite loud at night till 2:30a. The window thickness helps a lot. Was hard for me as a light sleeper.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent with easy access to public transport and main attractions. This is an outstanding property, beautifully designed and curated. Staff were very helpful. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated during heat-wave conditions. It is very well located near the waterfront, rail station and hundreds of cafes. Highly recommended.
