"Had a lovely 3 night stay in the wellness panorama room. I requested a canal view and was also able to check in early which was so convenient!!! Location a bit out of the centre about a 35/40 min walk BUT you can get a tram into central station which is a 5 min walk away and only 3 stops on the tram. And there’s other trams local to other areas. Would book again and highly recommend to friends & family :) "

"Didn't really know what to expect when booking a "cabin" in Amsterdam. As it turned out it was a great choice. The cabin is effectively a large capsule. Just enough room for a double bed coat hooks and a shelf. There's a small safe as well. The shared toilets and showers (2 of each between 6 cabins) were clean and tidy. "Our stay in New West was great. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Fron Desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. Special thank you to Nikki and the other FD agent with curly hair (sorry, i didn't ask her name), they are amazing!
