"This property is in a great area, Close to shopping and Dinning. The Hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good and hot. The grounds were very pretty also. I did have a little problem. I called a week or so before our stay and told them I would be paying in cash. Was told that was fine. But, on our way to the Hotel, I received notice from my Bank that the amount was withdrawn from my account. That put my account in the negative, which of course I wasn’t too happy about. When we arrived, I paid them in cash, like I said I would. They released my money but it will take a few days to get back to my account. Luckily, my Bank was great about working with me, and didn’t charge me an overdraft fee. In my opinion, the staff(or at least some of them) needs a little bit of training. Maybe how to put a note on someone’s reservation. All the staff that we met were nice and friendly. "

"This place was really great for an affordable price! The staff was super nice and even brought us extra towels while we were at the pool without even asking. My kids loved the pool, and I think it's better than a lot of indoor hotel pools. The location is a quiet and secluded area of Tyler, but easy to reach everything. We will definitely be staying here again when we have baseball games in the area! ❤️"
