"What a cute cabin nestled in the East Texas woods. You have complete privacy and it is so quiet you can hear the birds and the crickets. We loved the decoration amd set up of the cabin. Plenty of room for 2 people and your pups. We could hear the creek on the property and it just added to the ambiance. We were very happy with everything!!"

"It was a quick getaway for me and my daughter. We had a fishing tournament. The host were great on helping me get inside with the door code. I was having slight problem. It was at 10:00. Appreciate them answering at that time. Place was clean and beds were soft. Bathrooms were modern and clean. It is close to Lake Fork, but on a smaller lake. This is nice as well. Will come back."

"We really enjoyed this house. Quiet location and has beautiful views. We spent time on the dock and porch. I recommend checking out Los Pinos Ranch Winery when you visit. Owners were quick to respond to questions. We highly recommend this house."

"We were in town for a wedding about 30 minutes away. This was a cute little place that allowed us to get ready before the wedding and stay after the wedding and sleep in. The MRCOOL kept the place perfectly cold! The mattress was great! We loved being able to have our morning coffee out in swings looking out over the beautiful view. We live on a farm so we were right at home with the outside sounds putting us to sleep! Tub and sink are super cute but not made for short people! lol! I managed...

"House was a HUGE hit with our kids! Seriously…. An indoor slide? Zipline? Foosball table? Yes, Kids loved it! The house was nice,and the owner was very nice checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. She even let us pay for a late checkout. It’s right up the road from a crawfish place, and very convenient to go to Lake Fork. If you have a family, this is the place to stay!"

"Sent email to see if we could check in early, never received a response. Arrive at location and there were people in the cabin. Went to the office, noone was there, a note on the door said to call this number and we would respond within 24 hours. It is dark in unfamiliar area now having to find a place to stay. He did call back and said he never received a booking, we HAVE a confirmation number from VRBO. I emailed requesting them to cancel the charges on my credit card and email me back. Still...

"Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at the Cozy Cabin. Loved the relaxing environment, the chic decor and all the amenities the cabin had to offer. The best bonus was the super friendly goats, dogs and Flint, the resident cat. We felt right at home!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our 15-year Anniversary. It was a nice little getaway for us. The house itself is very nice and its tastefully decorated. We spend every morning and evening on the front porch. We really enjoyed this tiny home. The only thing I would suggest is to replace the mattress in the bedroom. Overall were very pleased with this property."

"Unfortunately we were in town for a Memorial Service; but we were able to spend quality time together in this home. It's a beautiful, rustic cabin with all the amenities. Barbara, the owner, was very helpful. Lot's of wildlife and farm animals in the area adding to the relaxing ambiance. And having a taco truck in walking distance was "icing on the cake ""

"Very nice and quiet place. Cute house and beautiful house decor. Really loved the Christian decor, make us felt home knowing that the owner is Christian too. We had plenty of space, it can fit a pretty good size family but only have 1 shower though. Kitchen is cozy and tight space but excellent condition of appliances. Didn't have a coffee maker but no problem we brought one with us. The only thing that we are not happy with was didn't realize until getting ready for bed at midnight that our...

"It is a nice house but found it odd that it was their every day home and didn’t expect to find their toiletries in the shower, leftovers in fridge , etc. We found it hard to relax , feeling like in someone’s home. The house is beautiful , pool is nice. Needs to get exterminator - got stung by a scorpion and swarms of bumble bees and wasps on porch."

"The Property is GREAT. Very relaxing, and the pool is the icing on the cake. Close access to boat ramp if you want bring the boat and go fishing as well. Golf Course within 5 minutes. Neighbors were friendly & the owners communication is fantastic. Highly recommend."
