"My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. Our room was one of the smaller ones upstairs facing the rear of the property. We quickly overcame a booking misunderstanding, to mutual satisfaction, and Giovanni was most helpful in every way (even checking our tyre pressures to resolve a warning on the car dashboard). "The property was beautiful and service was very good. Whilst accepting that it was unusually hot summer, the air conditioner was ineffective and did not provide any relief making it impossible to sleep in the night. "

"This property was a great find for exploring Mount Etna. The room was basic but clean and soon soon felt like home after emptying your suitcase! Travelling with two teenage boys, we had a quadruple room and a view of Mount Etna from our balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner on the roof top terrace and the food was excellent! We stayed for three nights and also ate at another excellent pizzeria 5 minutes walk away. "We only booked this hotel for 1 night and wished we could have stayed longer. It is in a gorgeous vineyard and is a great place for families and couples- there is a beautiful pool but what stands out besides a great Room with luscious sheets and views looking at amy Etna is the hospitality of the staff. We had a delicious dinner which was outstanding."
