"The property was beautiful and the entire staff was so helpful and accommodating. Nothing was of want. From the front desk staff, to the restaurant and bar waitstaff as well as the housekeeping and maintenance, every was great. We felt right at home and very welcomed. They even assisted with helping book certain day trips and booking revaluations before our arrival. Would highly recommend and wonderful for parents traveling with children! "

"Our stay at Nautilus was wonderful. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The views from the room were excellent. Located just off the beach on the Giardini Naxos belt gave this stop a perfect advantage to experience beach, while being in close proximity to Taormina. Wonderful!!!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my all inclusive two week stay. The food was excellent, the pools were never crowded and the beach was beautiful. The concierge was very helpful with organising trips. It was very helpful that the hotel organised a shuttle service to Taormina too. My only criticism was that it might have been helpful if the restaurant staff staggered putting out the antipasti dishes because if you didn’t arrive at the beginning of dinner the choice became limited because many of the plates were finished, but this is only a minor criticism. "

"We had to make this reservation at the very last moment as our original reservation at another venue got cancelled. The Caesar Palace was very accommodating. The gentleman who was attending the front desk was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The breakfast was very good. I think the dinner buffet was very average. Overall, I would give this 4 out of 5 stars."

"Very friendly staff. Room was everything we needed although for a superior room could have provided tea and coffee facilities, we just had a kettle. Breakfast had a small choice but was tasty and perfectly set us up for the day ahead. "
