Residenza Chalet

A new designer apartment, complete with every comfort, perfect for two people but designed to accommodate up to four. The apartment comprises an entrance hall with a comfortable bench and coat rack, leading to the spacious living room/kitchen, equipped with the latest appliances (induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, and microwave) and quality tableware. There's also a comfortable sofa where you can enjoy a state-of-the-art TV with streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.). Continuing along the corridor, you'll find the first bedroom, featuring a super-comfortable double bed and two bedside tables with lamps. Continuing along the corridor, you'll find the bathroom, equipped with a washer/dryer (depending on usage), and finally the second bedroom, featuring two comfortable single beds. Sheets, bath linens, and shower products are provided. Completing the comforts of the apartment are fast Wi-Fi and USB wall outlets throughout the property for quickly charging your portable devices.
The apartment is well connected to the city center via bus 63 and the subway, just 2 km away (MM1 Bisceglie). It's a 10-minute drive from the new Rho-Pero exhibition center and the Meazza Stadium (easily accessible by public transportation). A paid garage is available in the basement, and you can also charge your electric car with the convenient Wallbox in the garage (for a fee). Free streetside parking is available.

The house is comfortable and surrounded by greenery. It's very quiet, and despite being in a metropolis like Milan, it's well-connected to the city center. Relaxation guaranteed. Nearby, within a 5-minute walk, are an excellent pizzeria, an elegant bar, a bakery, and a well-stocked butcher/grocer with its own and locally produced meat, poultry, rice, vegetables, and more—all sourced locally.
The property is just a 15-minute drive from the modern De Montel Terme Thermal Park, an oasis of over 16,000 square meters dedicated to relaxation and wellness, with sulfurous thermal waters that flow from a depth of 400 meters at a temperature of 38°C.
The house is located in the Muggiano neighborhood, a suburb of Milan, yet with the characteristics of a rural village from times gone by. Surrounding modern homes surrounded by greenery are several 17th-century farmhouses with a historic feel (Cascina Guascona, La Corte, Cascina Paradiso, etc.), where you can buy local products such as eggs, rice, chicken, and much more, all strictly organic and locally sourced. A leap back in time, yet firmly tied to the modern city of Milan, one of the world capitals of business, fashion, progress, modern art, and furniture.

De pizzeria iets verderop maakt heerlijke pizza’s Heb appartement zelf is niet groot maar alles is er en schoon. De bedden waren zeker goed voor ons… De eigenaar Antonio is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
