"Clean and nicely decorated hotel with great location near sites and metro. Breakfast was great, good quality and variety. Service/staff was the best. Ms. Serena at the front desk was most courteous, accommodating and professional. We will definitely go back to this hotel next time in Milan. "

As a result of no clean towels upon arrival after a day out, we had to wait around for housekeeping meaning missing our evening reservation plans."
