Our group of 4 were all adults and we had plenty of room in this unit. Although we did not need to use the kitchen, it is completely updated, and has newer appliances for any cooking needs. "We rented the three properties listed on VRBO - one through VRBO and the other two outside of VRBO. The location is great and as described - on a channel just off a quieter bay on the main lake. There is plenty of room for parking vehicles, trailers and boats, and plenty of room outside to hang out, and there is a nice firepit.
