"We had a room booked for April 10th. While boarding our flight, I received a call from the hotel informing me they could no longer honor our reservation due to a “water leak.” When I asked whether any other rooms were available on the property, I was told none were. When I asked for help securing a room at another hotel, I was told they could not provide any assistance. We booked another hotel nearby at a higher price. As we drove past the original property, the parking lot was full and several large tour buses were parked outside, suggesting the hotel was operating normally despite the explanation we were given. Do not book here if you expect your reservation to be honored."
