Peaceful Hills Retreat Lodge with a Great View, a Pond, a Fireplace, Sleeps 10.

Peaceful Hills Lodge is the perfect place for some peace and quiet. Only 14.6 miles from I-40, you can escape the city noises and get encompassed by 97 acres of nature while living in the luxuries of a beautiful log home. As you enter the retreat, you will see a spring-fed creek on your left and a towering rock bluff on your right. There are plenty of wild deer and turkeys, and if you stay here long enough, you will definitely spot them grazing in the fields. It is time to get some fresh air, enjoy water flowing over the stones, skip a rock across the surface, and relax here at Peaceful Hills Retreat!

Inside the lodge is a large stone fireplace, an oak spiral staircase, a one person Jacuzzi bathtub and enough beds for ten people to sleep comfortably. On the left side you will find the lovely Magnolia Bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet, French doors leading to porch with view of pond, wood burning stove, and a full bathroom with shower. The right side of the home has a bedroom called Music Lovers Bedroom with a queen bed, closet, games, full length mirror, and dresser. The room across from Music Lovers has a solid, sturdy bunk bed, a closet and a bookshelf full of books. Upstairs you will find a loft with four comfortable twin beds. To get to the loft, you will climb the oak spiral staircase, which has a great view overlooking the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking and baking needs. Laundry room with washer and dryer included for no extra charge. Bring your own laundry detergent if staying more than one night. Soft bath towels, sheets, pillows and comforters will make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Let us pamper you and your guests at our five-star retreat!

The place was absolutely beautiful, the house and the land was amazing, Jennifer and her mom were soo sweet. I would stay at the place again over and over 100 times love the decor of the place. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful get away

Amazing

we really loved staying here. The host welcomed us with a sign on the door that was very warming, the lodge was absolutely beautiful and stocked with anything you could ever need. Many games to play with your family as well as a huge yard. We will most definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet vacation spot with beautiful scenery.

Jennifer gave directions before our arrival - very helpful. So nice to be away from the city. A nice secluded and quiet setting. Really nice accommodations, definitely recommend! Jennifer was very friendly, check in was great as was check out. No issues during our stay.

Heaven on earth

The lodge is beautiful! Spacious, clean and well equipped! If you just want to get away from it all and relax this is the place. Jennifer is a wonderful hostess and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for a place that is quiet and able to enjoy nature this is a great stay. The house gives you all you need for a very nice stay. Hostess is very responsive.

The house and property was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, the coffee station was well stocked. We needed to communicate with the property owner several times and she responded right away each time. We were 5 people in total and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Name describes this property! We enjoy 2 days at Peaceful Hills. The lodge is beautiful. Has all the amenities of home. Even a waffle iron! We’d sit on the deck enjoying morning coffee and at night watching shooting stars. Jennifer was very responsive to any questions I had. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful Setting

We loved our stay here! Area was beautiful, and spring fed creek was so much fun. Star gazing and sunsets on this hill were amazing. We stayed here for a kayaking trip on the Buffalo River. We were looking for a secluded place just to spend time together and this was perfect. Spent nights on the lovely porch with an incredible view. The only recommendation I can give to our wonderful host is invest in a nice big grill. Hope to stay here again next summer for another family kayaking trip. If you want to unwind, explore waterfalls , play in multiple swimming holes, or go kayaking, this is a lovely place to stay!

Just Perfect

Seeking a get away from all we do, the grind we all stumble into, day in day out, and to untie the technological tether we are all lashed to in some way shape or form, Peaceful Hills delivers. I could go on and on about the home, the property, the nature, the trails, the stars at night, the sun in the morning, but really, it is this environment in its totality that just makes this work for anyone seeking a reset, recharge. Stunning in its simplicity and refreshingly grateful was our theme as we headed out after our visit. Jennifer is/was the quintessential host!

Peaceful Hills Lodge... A Great Location For Your Family Vacation.

Our family was looking for a location for eight of us to stay while attending our Grandson's high school graduation at the Loretta Lynn Ranch. We are so glad we found Peaceful Hills. It exceeded all our expectations. Everything was neat, clean, and ready for our use when we arrived. Host Jennifer met us at the Lodge for check-in and a brief orientation. Little touches like the sign next to the front door reading "Welcome Tryon Family" showed us how caring our host family was to share this beautiful location with us. Once inside a large great room welcomes you. The big front windows look out over a large grassed area. There are several hiking trails available for use. The front porch is full length providing a great spot to sit outside during daylight hours and to gaze up at the amazing night sky full of stars with no artificial light to hinder views. Everything was provided except for food. A drive to a small country grocery filled that need. There is no direct cell service but connecting to the provided internet system allowed our phones to be used if needed. The Lodge interior was roomy as were the four sleeping areas with very comfortable beds. We are so glad we found Peaceful Hills Lodge for our stay. If being in a comfortable, wooded area with great accommodations meets you vacation needs... Peaceful Hills Lodge is for you.
