Luminous apartment designed by renowned architects

The building is a 1950s jewell which was restored by renowned architect Alberto Kalach. The furniture and interiors were designed by Architects Carlos & Rodrigo Zedillo @studiozv who carefully selected and locally sourced every detail. There are very interesting details such as oaxacan art collection, hand made tile floors, various layers of glass table. The property is just one block from the Jardin Ramon Lopez Velarde (largest park in roma norte) walling distance to all of Roma features.

The Space:
The space is very unique with a lot of personality. It is located in the first floor, above some commercial spaces and overlooking the street trees which give it privacy, great lighting and tranquility. It's a very simple open space and comfortable place to move around. This is a home, it's not just another short term rental listing and you can tell this by the quality of the art pieces and design elements that the owner designed along with his brother to actually live in this space.

Guest Access:
You will have access to all of the apartment there might be some closets closed since they have personal belongings. You will need to climb stairs to the first level.

The Neighborhood:
It's a beautiful part of Roma norte just one block from a beautiful park and the locally grown market. You can see people walking in this part all of the time. Walking distance to Romas most attractive sites and restaurants. More info on our guide!

Getting Around:
Parking can me tough in this part of the city. But there are parking lots and parking spaces available.

Other Things to Note:
There is a camera that overlooks the apartment entrance. Its a self check in with a interior smart lock.
