"My stay at the Hotel Lucerna Tijuana was overall a really good experience. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The rooms were comfortable and nicely set up, with everything I needed for my stay. I especially appreciated how clean everything was—it definitely gave me peace of mind. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet enough to rest and recover. The location is also a big plus. It’s in a convenient area with easy access to nearby restaurants, medical facilities, and transportation, which made getting around simple. One of my favorite parts was the overall vibe of the hotel—it felt safe, relaxing, and a little upscale without being overwhelming. The pool area and common spaces were also well-kept and nice to spend time in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tijuana, especially if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and reliable place to stay."

The employees and service were also excellent as well as the pools. We stayed at the rose but you can utilize facilities at the other two Bonito resorts nearby which was fun. We will stay here again.
